Customized Sleeves

A sleeve box has no ends that wrap around the product container, adding another level of customization and protection. Product measurements are very important when ordering your sleeve packaging. The sleeve needs to be big enough to slide easily over the product and small enough to provide a level of friction that allows it to stay in place.

Kraft Boxes

Tuck Top Boxes

The tuck top box is a very strong and durable box type thanks to its double side walls. The tuck box has one opening to the top, with a closing tuck flap that goes into the bottom tray. This box requires no gluing, and is very easy to assemble. The box is kept in place by the locking tabs that connect the sides of the box with the bottom.

Reverse Tuck Boxes

Reverse tuck boxes are very similar to straight tuck boxes, except for the closing panels. One closing panel is attached to the back of the box, while the other closing panel is attached to the front. They fold in opposite directions. The slit locks from each end of the box keep the flaps in place and prevent the box from opening.

Both components have a double-wall structure, which makes the box very strong and durable. Inserts that keep your products in place can also be added inside the box.

Straight Tuck End Boxes

Straight tuck boxes are a very common packaging solution for a variety of industries. The box has the top and bottom closure panels attached to the same main panel. The box folds from front to back (or from back to front) in the same direction. The slit locks from each closing flap to keep the top and bottom of the box in place, securing the contents inside the box.
